The Multipurpose Rehab and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote community health clinic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify the needs and goals of patients who are seeking treatment for substance use disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions designed to address underlying issues, build coping skills, and encourage recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention during substance-related emergencies, offering support that prioritizes patient safety and stabilization.
  • Educate patients and their families about the nature of addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources for ongoing support.
  • Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our community health clinic, you will focus primarily on individuals experiencing substance use disorders. Qualifications
