Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to uphold the clinic's commitment to accountability and quality care.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools, as directed by the clinical team, to inform the treatment process and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the clinic to create and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at fostering client independence.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure the clinic meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring comprehensive support and resource access.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards and promote the clinic's mission within the community.
  • Cultivate relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as private organizations, to promote clinic programs and identify new partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities by attending conferences, workshops, and collaborating in statewide meetings related to behavioral health.
  • Embrace and communicate the agencyโ€™s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.
  • Perform any additional duties as required by the Clinic Director to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals seeking help for mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Your role will support clients in achieving their personal goals for wellness, independence, and community engagement, contributing positively to their lives and fostering long-term recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
  • A current and independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
