• Conduct thorough assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Facilitate regular check-ins and therapy sessions with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, strengthening connections with local agencies and organizations to enhance support systems for our clients.
• Participate in the clinic's licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization.
• Attend ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities to refine your skills and knowledge in best practices and current trends in mental health.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at WeCare, you will work with diverse populations experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our patient-centered approach ensures that you will be an active participant in their recovery journey, encouraging autonomy and self-advocacy to support each client's pathway to wellness.

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• A valid, independent LMHC license issued by the state of Washington.
• Proven ability to maintain comprehensive clinical records and prepare associated reports efficiently.
• Strong cooperative skills for effective teamwork in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate treatment strategies and engage with clients meaningfully.
• Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities in professional scenarios.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the local mental health resources and support systems available to patients in Spokane, Washington.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient information can enhance workflow efficiency.
