Counselors can work full-time (over 30 hours/week) or part-time (over 5 hours/week), with the freedom to set their own schedules. • Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through secure video conferencing, creating a safe environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote growth and healing.
• Educate clients on coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills, empowering them to navigate life's challenges more effectively.
• Document client progress thoroughly while minimizing paperwork to maximize time spent with clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing life transitions, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. You will utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique background and experiences, fostering an inclusive approach to mental health care.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a current state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD, demonstrating your readiness for independent practice.
• No disciplinary actions against your licensure record, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and computer literacy to leverage our counseling platform effectively.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate seamless virtual counseling sessions.

While not required, experience in telehealth counseling, particularly with adult populations, is highly regarded. Familiarity with trauma-informed care and community mental health practices will enhance your ability to make meaningful connections with clients and contribute to positive outcomes.

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
