• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and treatment goals.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique challenges, focusing on issues such as anxiety, trauma, and executive functioning difficulties.
• Optional: Facilitate group, couples, or family therapy sessions to promote broader support systems for clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in mental health documentation.
• Engage in regular case reviews and consult with other professionals within our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and patient care.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and attention-related difficulties. Our patient population is diverse, including adults, adolescents, and families seeking meaningful support in overcoming obstacles to their emotional well-being. As a member of our team, you will contribute actively to improving the mental health landscape in Roseburg, Oregon, and beyond.

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• An active Oregon LPC license with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

• Experience in health psychology is highly desirable.
• Prior work in a community mental health setting or group practice is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies is advantageous as our clinical setting emphasizes flexibility and remote service delivery.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining quality professionals.
