Job Summary:

This role will focus on day-to-day support and strategic execution for one of Belden's top elite strategic channel partners across the Americas. The successful candidate will drive partnership performance by strengthening field engagement and alignment, translating joint priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring consistent execution across regions and teams. They will report directly to the team lead for this elite partner who reports directly to the VP, Strategic Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving alignment, engagement & execution between Belden and the partner's field sales teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, & areas of improvement within assigned vertical and regions.
  • Analysis market trends, pipeline activity, POS performance, and business obstacles to develop actionable strategies.
  • Define and execute initiatives that drive incremental revenue growth and increased market penetration.
  • Collaborate with Belden and partner marketing teams to develop and execute training programs, campaigns, promotions, and incentive initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Belden overlay sales teams, product management, operations, and marketing to support strategic objectives and customer engagement.
  • Own and deliver annual quota targets for POS growth and billings performance.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in a role with commercial responsibilities
  • 5+ years of Channel Management experience within a medium or large B2B organization.
  • Experience of working capital concepts, with demonstrable knowledge of COGS, inventory profile management, POS, pricing strategies, and Sales Funnel management.
  • Experience of successfully operating in a matrix environment and experience of working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations and Finance
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and channel go-to-market strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $140,000 - $170,000 annually with a Sales Incentive Plan, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.  This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
