Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, histories, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and continually revise individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients to build trust, encourage cooperation, and promote their personal development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse client population encompassing individuals, couples, and families struggling with a spectrum of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and personal development. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
