Vision for Mental Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to become a vital part of our mental health team. • Conduct thorough virtual initial assessments to understand your clients' unique situations and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's therapeutic goals and needs.
• Provide engaging and empathetic individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to various client scenarios.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure clients receive well-rounded and coordinated care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and client correspondence in compliance with organizational standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in clinical supervision, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current in the marriage and family therapy field.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times according to legal requirements and organizational policies.

As a Virtual LMFT, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families from various backgrounds and cultures. You will address a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and transitions. Your role is to facilitate healing and growth by fostering strong therapeutic alliances and providing tailored interventions that address each client's specific needs.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing marriage and family therapy to a diverse population.
• Experience with diagnosis and treatment planning using the DSM-5 framework is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing client needs and work schedules is important.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.

• Experience working with underrepresented populations or those experiencing social disadvantage is an asset.
• Previous telehealth experience will be beneficial for efficiency in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive therapy practices.
• Proven record of integrating new research and therapeutic modalities into clinical work.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
