Responsibilities
Reporting to a PMO Director or Senior Manager, The Project Coordinator provides support to the team of Project Managers within a Delivery Portfolio, executing critical, but primarily non-customer-facing tasks in the administration and coordination of all project management aspects of project delivery, at the direction of the Project Manager(s).
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Administration
โ€ข Meeting scheduling and coordination
โ€ข Status report preparation
โ€ข Presentation deck preparation (e.g. kickoff and ERB)
โ€ข Resource scheduling support/system entry
โ€ข Action item tracking
โ€ข Documentation management
โ€ข Project repository maintenance
โ€ข Project onboarding and closeout activities
Contract Administration
โ€ข Change order support
Subcontractor Management
โ€ข Subcontractor/3rd party procurement support (PR creation & approvals)
โ€ข Ensure subcontractor time entry and review subcontractor hours against invoices
Product Delivery Tracking

โ€ข Create system escalations for product issues

Education / Qualifications
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Technical proficiency (Intermediate to Senior level knowledge) of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum 1-2 years project coordination or equivalent experience, ideally in the area of software solution implementation
Minimum college diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with SalesForce an asset, but not required
