• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to frame personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, adjusting approaches as necessary based on the evolving needs and feedback of clients.

This requires adaptability in therapeutic techniques and an understanding of the nuances of remote therapy.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of clients’ experiences and psychological challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle multiple clients and documentation obligations.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote communication tools.
• Experience working with specific populations, including children, adolescents, or trauma survivors.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
