Braver Perspective, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in providing high-quality mental health care to a diverse population through telehealth services. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to incorporate flexibility into your work-life balance while still focusing on making a meaningful impact in your clients' lives. Our telehealth setting utilizes user-friendly video conferencing technology, creating opportunities for effective communication and treatment. You will be working independently while collaborating with a network of case managers and peers to ensure our clients receive comprehensive care.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, providing evidence-based therapy options, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.
• Manage and treat a diverse client base, developing tailored treatment plans that consider individual preferences and needs.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions to clients on a weekly or biweekly basis, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Utilize a variety of data-driven approaches to monitor client responses to interventions, ensuring treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) using an EMR system while minimizing paperwork to enhance service delivery.
• Be prepared for crisis management and provide immediate support when necessary.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing conditions such as Major Depression Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief and loss. Your ability to approach each case with empathy and an open mind will be essential in building therapeutic relationships and facilitating healing.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Valid social work license in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport effectively with clients.
• Proven diagnostic and clinical skills, with no history of medical malpractice claims as verified by a third party.
• Interpersonal flexibility to adjust therapeutic approaches based on client preferences and treatment needs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic setting and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders and experience in providing care to clients with complex needs.
• A background in using electronic medical record (EMR) technology and remote communication platforms is highly advantageous.
• Experience in utilizing various therapy modalities and showing a willingness to adapt to new therapeutic techniques.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
