• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health and emotional well-being using telehealth platforms.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals, adjusting as necessary to ensure effective intervention.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group sessions, delivered in a virtual format.
• Regularly monitor client progress, documenting changes in mental health status, and adapting treatment plans to suit evolving needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support to clients encountering immediate challenges, ensuring a rapid response during high-stress situations.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that all aspects of client care are addressed comprehensively.
• Stay informed on the latest trends, techniques, and research in mental health treatment, integrating new knowledge into practice.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions and training opportunities that enhance your clinical expertise and professional development.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Accent Care Counseling Center, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our client demographic is diverse, representing various ages, backgrounds, and life experiences, which requires a flexible and adaptive therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to foster rapport and build trust with clients.
• Deep empathy, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to supporting client wellness.
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Thorough understanding of ethical standards and regulations in mental health practice.

• Experience in telehealth services, including familiarity with online therapy platforms and remote communication tools.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in therapy.
