Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and nurturing therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions to track client progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
