Serenity Mindscape is seeking a dedicated and innovative Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote outpatient team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships through open communication and empathy.
  • Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and appropriately planning for discharge when indicated.
  • Develop, implement, and continually assess individual, person-centered treatment plans designed to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, including intake assessments and progress notes, in accordance with established clinical and legal standards.
  • Engage in individual supervision to strengthen your clinical skills and share insights and challenges encountered in your practice.
  • Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, exchange relevant information and improve overall client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
