Work Environment

This position allows for flexibility as it is a fully remote role. Our team leverages technology to deliver excellent therapeutic services through telehealth, ensuring that clients receive care in a comfortable setting that suits them best. You will have autonomy in scheduling appointments within standard hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health conditions, developing tailored treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring thorough documentation of treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports are completed in accordance with company policies.
  • Engage clients in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, demonstrating creativity in your therapeutic approaches to help clients exceed their goals.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, collaborating with our dynamic clinical team and other professionals to fill gaps in community services and promote overall mental wellness.
  • Facilitate communication with case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff as necessary to coordinate care.

The role focuses on supporting a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
