Job description

Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for the Promoting Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care (PIPBHC) Grant program in the Central Region.
This leadership role is responsible for coordinating and supporting integrated care initiatives that connect primary care and behavioral health services across the organization. The Project Coordinator will oversee grant implementation, support program operations, supervise staff, monitor outcomes, and ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting expectations.

  • Serve as the Project Coordinator for the Promoting Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care (PIPBHC) grant program
  • Coordinate and oversee implementation, ongoing operations, and programmatic activities associated with the grant
  • Monitor compliance with grant deliverables, timelines, performance measures, and reporting requirements 
  • Participate in required grant-related meetings, trainings, technical assistance sessions, and reporting activities 
  • Provide supervision, training, guidance, and support to staff assigned to the PIPBHC program 
  • Ensure timely collection, analysis, management, and submission of program data and required reports
  • Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement and sustainability 
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership staff regarding grant expenditures, invoicing, and budget monitoring 
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, grant, and payer requirements
  • Participate in organizational, regional, program, and interagency committees as assigned
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation requested by leadership
  • Attend meetings with clinical programs and supervisors to identify operational needs and process improvements
  • Promote Chestnut Health Systems’ Recovery Values and customer service standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational, employee, and client information
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, behavioral health, public health, human services, or a related field required
  • Experience in project management, program development, program evaluation, and staff supervision required
  • Knowledge of integrated care models, primary care, and behavioral health services preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills required
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Word, with intermediate Excel skills required
  • Experience with electronic health records, billing systems, databases, and online reporting systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance, and insurability required
  • Reliable internet access required for remote work responsibilities, as applicable
Compensation

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $49,000 -$55,000 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
