• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health issues and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Deliver effective telehealth counseling sessions via recognized online platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health professionals as needed, sharing insights and treatment plans to optimize care delivery.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working in a clinical counseling setting.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual communication technologies is preferred.
• Demonstrable strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing a caseload of clients with varying needs.

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling, particularly in utilizing digital assessment tools and therapeutic techniques, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards in a telehealth setting is a plus.
