About the Role
Join our forward-thinking team as a Senior Test Automation Engineer and play a pivotal role in advancing software quality across enterprise initiatives. You will work in a collaborative virtual environment, delivering cutting-edge automation solutions that drive innovation in our test automation frameworks for 1LMX and Model Based Enterprise (MBE) programs. Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain robust test automation frameworks to meet evolving project requirements.
- Code and implement automation scripts, leveraging Tricentis Tosca and industry-standard languages.
- Upgrade and containerize automation solutions to align with industry best practices.
- Identify and address Continuous Testing (CT) gaps within common DevOps pipelines.
- Design and maintain automation keywords and libraries to streamline testing processes.
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and report on test cycles in Agile project environments.
- Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams for effective delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Support configuration management and ensure rigorous quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation.
- Proficient in Java, VBScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Expertise in keyword-based test automation development.
- Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and industry toolsets.
- Skilled in test cycle planning, execution, and reporting.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated experience delivering in Agile environments.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with user-facing, functional, unit, and scalability testing.
- Building CI/CD/CT pipelines in GitLab or Jenkins.
- Advanced presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- In-depth configuration management knowledge.
- Strong virtual collaboration and teaming skills.
