What we need

We are seeking a Systems Analyst who will serve as the functional expert for Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM). You will bridge operational needs and system capabilities-handling solution design, end-to-end configuration, data setup, testing, and operational support across EXOL's North American retail, wholesale, eCommerce, and 3PL fulfillment network.

What you'll do

Solution Delivery & WMS Configuration

  • Translate business requirements and operational workflows into Manhattan Active WMS configurations.

  • Perform master data setup (customer, facility, inventory, locations) and manage environment configuration migrations.

  • Configure end-to-end warehouse processes from receiving through shipping according to EXOL standards.

Systems Integration & Testing

  • Support integrations between the WMS and external systems (ERP, TMS, automation, APIs, EDI) and troubleshoot data flows.

  • Develop and execute SIT/UAT scenarios, document test results, and manage defect resolutions.

  • Lead cutover planning, deployment execution, and post-production hypercare/stabilization.

Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Perform root-cause analysis on system issues and drive production incident resolution.

  • Identify system opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and operational productivity.

  • Maintain comprehensive functional designs, SOPs, test scripts, and training materials.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, IT, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and supporting Manhattan Active WMS.

  • Deep understanding of warehouse workflows (Receiving, Putaway, Inventory/Wave Management, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns).

  • Familiarity with APIs, EDI, and enterprise systems; strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across operational, technical, automation, and customer-facing teams.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing MAWM in highly automated, multi-site, or multi-client 3PL environments.

  • Experience integrating WMS with ERP, TMS, or Material Handling Systems (MHS/WES).

  • Background participating in fast-paced facility startups and operational go-lives.

  • Up to 25% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
