Overview
Supply Chain Project Specialist (Remote) Columbus/Reno
Department: Supply Chain Project Management Office
The Supply Chain Project Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting strategic projects across the Supply Chain Network. The Senior Specialist will assist with in-depth business reviews, prepare presentations for management, and support initiatives with Engineering, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate must understand the strategic vision to help drive ideas for growth, while excelling at the tactical level by analyzing data and solving problems. This position is under the Supply Chain Project Management Office.
Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities include:
  • Assists in managing project deliverables and maintaining project frameworks.
  • Collaborates effectively within cross-functional project teams.
  • Contributes to the development of the Project Management Plan (Charter, Schedule Baseline, Cost Baseline, etc.).
  • Helps identify stakeholders and document their specific requirements.
  • Assists in identifying, documenting, and tracking project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Supports the monitoring of the project timeline and tracking the critical path.
  • Aids in developing and executing the project communication plan.
  • Supports and helps track the change request process.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced project management environment.
  • Supply Chain experience required.
  • Experience supporting project management initiatives or a track record of contributing to successful supply chain projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams to deliver results through excellent partnership and communication.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to operate with moderate supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Pay Range
USD $48,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
