Health Flow Psychological Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors with licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to join our compassionate team. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs and challenges, utilizing standardized screening tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that consider patients' specific circumstances, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate individual and group sessions.
• Lead psychoeducational support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among clients.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients in urgent situations, implementing de-escalation techniques and ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to maintain a cohesive continuum of care for our clients.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support recovery.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Actively participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training to enhance clinical competencies and stay informed on the latest psychological research and trends.

The Health Flow Psychological Center serves a diverse community of clients, which includes individuals experiencing various mental health challenges across different demographics. Your role as a therapist will involve working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing tailored therapeutic interventions to enhance their mental health. Your contributions will assist clients in navigating their personal struggles, strengthening resilience, and achieving a higher quality of life.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia.
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions, with the ability to tailor approaches to fit individual client needs.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective, clinical treatment plans.
• Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology to document care and manage client records.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a multidisciplinary team, facilitating communication and collaboration across disciplines.

• Two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling setting.
• Experience with crisis intervention and management in high-acuity cases.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes that can benefit clients post-therapy.
• Skilled in using cognitive-behavioral techniques and other evidence-based methods tailored to adult and child counseling.
