The Opportunity

  • Champion the needs of customers, business teams, and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals and objectives of the project. Ability to operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity and provide solid recommendations.

  • Develop and document clear, comprehensive business requirements to bridge communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.
  • Monitor all CR inquiries and issues for assigned platforms and ensure timely resolution for same, develop and ensure achievement of all objectives.
  • Provide knowledge transfers to colleagues and ensure optimal product knowledge to effectively build integrations, coordinate and prioritize activities with development groups.
  • Lead efficient working of all phases of product development, prepare all artifacts and manage all communication to address all open questions between the business and engineering.
  • Develop ways to capture product data, user behavior data, and changes to user behavior over time with business growth.
  • Analyze platform markets and capabilities and design/update workflows to ensure optimal operational usage.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the business stakeholders of the assigned platforms and stakeholders of the assigned activities.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with IT teams.
  • Effectively influence and collaborate with others, presenting and securing approval from senior management and other key stakeholders, as necessary.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance product functionality and user experience through technological advancements.
  • The Agentic AI Product Manager will:
    • Build and iterate on rapid proof-of-concepts using AI coding assistants and agentic frameworks to turn ambiguous product ideas into working prototypes for stakeholder feedback.
    • Define requirements for applications developed on the agentic system and translate early or experimental prototypes into requirements engineering can build to enterprise standards.
    • Use AI tools as a force multiplier across the product lifecycle (prototyping interfaces, synthesizing research, running analysis) to reduce reliance on heavy handoffs.
  • Platform roadmaps for enhancements and integrations.
  • Delivery of Business Solution Documents and Software Development Lifecycle Documentation.
  • Requirements gathering and detailed documentation for platform enhancements and integrations for assigned platforms, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and engineering.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or combination of education and work experience that demonstrates the attainment of the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
  • 3-4 years of Product Management experience required.
  • Demonstrated background in learning and understanding technology, with experience working closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions required.
  • Proven track record of curiosity-driven learning in technology, with examples of staying updated on industry trends and applying new knowledge to product development required.
  • Technology related certifications are preferred, such as cloud computing, data or application related certifications, or any other modern technology certification required.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
  • Background in Hospital, Medical, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building proof-of-concepts with AI coding assistants or agentic frameworks, with a track record of scaling a validated prototype into production use preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Office 365, Azure) and/or DevOps/engineering environments preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Working knowledge of the Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • Basic knowledge of AI Tools for generating product requirements documents and low fidelity prototyping.
  • Proficient understanding of product development processes, technologies, and potential limitations.
  • Proficient ability to understand and document detailed business requirements, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Proficient ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
  • Proficient ability to effectively prioritize tasks and features to align with product goals.
  • Proficient ability to manage product development projects, timelines, and resources.
  • Proficient ability to understand the market, identify user needs, and competitive landscape.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $95,590 - $121,875, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
