Duration - 3 year contract
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Single point of contact for all team information
  • Have holistic view of the end-to-end customer experience by acting as the bridge between CX and external partners.
  • Facilitate CX engagement, including scheduling, project kick-offs, tracking, and reviews
  • Ensure team solves problems through Design Sprints, designing, prototyping, and validating through user research
  • Advocate for the customer experience by identifying all sources available of customer data and making connection
  • Manage and oversee the gathering of all assets in appropriate repositories. Present work is reviewed and approved by leadership and respective stakeholder teams
  • Act as POC for escalations and resolve blockers
