We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team. We’re a trailblazing A.I. company, searching for an individual who can lead the charge in developing web applications that make an impact on our industry. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

Our Senior React Developers will be asked to help with building performant web apps on all major browsers. They will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. 

As the Senior React Developer, you will have the chance to: 

- Lead the development of web apps on all major browsers using React. 

- Play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's web app offerings and influencing its technological direction. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences. 

- Contribute to the growth and mentorship of junior developers and potentially lead project teams. 

- Drive innovation and excellence in web app development through your expertise. 

- Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. 

- Participate in Agile routines and ceremonies; daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint demos.

Qualifications and Experience: 

- Must be a Citizen or Green Card Holder and live in the United States. 

- B.S in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 

- 5+ years of development using React for enterprise-level web applications. 

- 5+ years of experience with web sockets in real-time communication applications. 

- Proven track record of successfully launching and maintaining web applications. 

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related technologies. 

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges. 

- Prior experience in leadership or mentorship roles is a plus. 

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

- Openness to new ideas and an unceasing desire to learn new things.
