Job description

Primary Job Functions: To install heating and air conditioning systems to manufacturers specification and customer expectations. Must be able to provide exceptional customer service, clean up after work is completed, and utilise field service software.
Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday; overtime required as needed
Pay Scale: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience + Benefits.
Bonuses: Eligible for monthly bonuses based on Team goals.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to efficiently use software system to dispatch and accurately track job time, complete trip reports, complete invoices, and utilise pricebook and inventory modules.
  • Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.
  • Must have ability to modify ductwork, plenums, and sheet metal as required.
  • Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
  • Understand and apply all codes for residential and commercial
  • Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
  • General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
  • Working knowledge of 3 phase voltage systems
  • Ability to test and balance systems

Requirements
  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 3+ years of install experience
  • Availability to work on an on call rotation for emergencies only.
  • Moderate lifting required for HVAC equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal)
  • Nate certification a plus
  • Technical degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to travel regionally on a minimal basis.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
