The Mind Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. This role focuses on providing essential behavioral health services to patients navigating mental health challenges in a supportive and patient-centered environment. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing care to clients in the Scottsdale area of Arizona. As a member of The Mind Wellness Center, you will have access to a robust network of resources to ensure you deliver the best services possible.

• Deliver direct therapeutic services to clients facing significant mental health challenges through individual, group, and family therapy, both remotely and in community settings.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized care plans that encompass all aspects of the patient's needs, facilitating communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings utilizing evidence-based methodologies to identify client needs, develop targeted interventions, and arrange for further evaluations when necessary.
• Participate actively in a collaborative team environment, working cohesively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Address crisis situations as they arise, employing de-escalation techniques and resource management skills.
• Adhere to the organization’s code of conduct and ethical guidelines, maintaining rigorous standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Meet documentation and reporting requirements to ensure accurate tracking of patient progress and service delivery metrics.

You will be working primarily with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our clients often face additional challenges due to their socio-economic status, and your compassionate, culturally competent approach will be vital in fostering their healing and resilience.

• Must hold a current, active LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in community health or outpatient settings, is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in providing therapy using various evidence-based approaches is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and team members.

Experience working with underrepresented populations and in community health clinics is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will also be advantageous, as is a background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
