As a Software Engineer, you will:
Deliver new chain integrations and partner features across the full stack — smart contracts, distributed systems, and the services that connect them
Write production smart contracts across multiple virtual machines (EVM, SVM, TVM, and emerging alt-VMs)
Own features end-to-end: design, build, test, ship, and operate them in production
Review code and partner on technical design with a senior, distributed team
Work directly against partner-driven deadlines that are visible to the CEO and external partners on day one
We're looking for you if:
You have 2–3+ years of production experience in web3 (depth matters more than years)
You've shipped smart contracts in production on multiple VMs — EVM is table stakes; SVM, TVM, or alt-VMs is what we want
You're strong in TypeScript and Rust, and comfortable across both contract code and the services around it
You've operated production distributed systems on Kubernetes, AWS, and Docker
You thrive in high-pressure, high-visibility environments and have a track record of hitting external deadlines
You write clearly and asynchronously — we're a distributed team and good written communication is non-negotiable
Nice-to-haves
Prior experience with cross-chain protocols (LayerZero, bridges, intent systems)
Experience launching or integrating a new chain end-to-end
Open-source contributions to relevant protocols
Familiarity with solver- or intent-based architectures
