Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to each patient.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques for remote delivery to meet client needs effectively.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through virtual meetings to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Engage in regular case discussions and peer review sessions via video conferencing to enhance professional development and elevate the care provided.
• Educate patients and their families on various mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to bolster their support system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
