We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives in the Baltimore, MD territory.
This is a remote, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships face-to-face, managing a sales territory, and working directly with customers at their place of business.
The right candidate is confident, organized, and driven to close sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage time and territory effectively. A mechanical or technical mindset is a significant advantage, as we specialize in woodworking machinery.
Prior experience in outside sales, capital equipment, or industrial sales is preferred-but we are willing to train motivated individuals with transferable sales skills.What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage customer relationships within your assigned territory

  • Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and consultations
  • Recommend machines, tools, and accessories tailored to customer needs
