Senior Account Manager | Automotive CMS

Join Epicor as an Account Manager! The Account Manager, Sr is responsible for selling Epicor products and services to existing customers and new prospects in an assigned territory. Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the automotive manufacturing industry, as well the competitive posture of the company. Acts as a sales representative for existing customer accounts.

What you will be doing:

  • Generates new business in new accounts and expands footprint with existing customers.

  • Develops and manages relationships within our existing customers.

  • Manages complex sales-cycles and presents to executive level customers Epicor products and services.

  • Learns about the industry, competitors and products to propose innovative solutions.

  • Coordinates cross-functionally within and outside of the sales team.

  • Develops account plans and drives measured outcomes against set goals.

  • Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.

What you will likely bring:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the software industry.

  • Deep experience working with automotive manufacturers.

  • Excellent communication skills with executive level stakeholders; expert written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong communications skills with the ability to interact predominantly with senior leadership

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized

  • Strong attention to detail and process oriented

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.

What could set you apart:

  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in the automotive manufacturing and/or CMS space

  • 2+ years of specialized SaaS or ERP experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
