• Conduct one-on-one and couples therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, with defined goals that align with each client's unique needs.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout their therapeutic journey, making timely adjustments to interventions as necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians to provide comprehensive care, discussing client cases and sharing best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in the field of social work and therapy, continually seeking professional development opportunities.

You will work predominantly with adults seeking support for a range of challenges including mental health issues, substance use disorders, and interpersonal conflicts. Your role will be critical in guiding these individuals through their recovery processes, helping them develop coping mechanisms and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• An active and valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning, therapeutic techniques, and documentation standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.

• Experience working in remote therapy environments and using telehealth technologies.
• Familiarity with addiction treatment modalities and mental health interventions.
• Experience in group therapy and community resource coordination.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
