• Conducting regular teletherapy sessions with clients including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment for discussion.
• Assessing clients’ mental, emotional, and social needs through structured interviews and standardized assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Developing personalized and evidence-based treatment plans to address specific client needs, goals, and progress.
• Providing therapeutic support using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in teletherapy.

You will provide care to a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting unique challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will directly impact their ability to manage these issues effectively and improve their quality of life. Ensuring culturally competent care and actively engaging clients in their recovery journey will be integral components of this role.

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and clinical best practices.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, specifically in providing teletherapy services.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to promoting equity and inclusion in mental health care.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing a caseload effectively.
• Previous exposure to school-based social work settings is a plus, enhancing your capability to work with students and families.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
