You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, utilizing advanced technology and teletherapy tools to provide comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of your clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear goals and interventions tailored to their unique needs.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring immediate support during critical situations.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress and treatment processes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and support groups, empowering clients through community and shared experiences.

In this role, you will service a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in an outpatient or mental health setting.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of community resources and how to effectively connect clients with additional services.
