As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Trinity Counseling Services, you will undertake a variety of fulfilling responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans based on recognized best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other personalized approaches, to effectively address diverse mental health concerns.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Engaging in collaborative case management meetings with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and various specialists to optimize patient care.
• Providing education, resources, and emotional support to clients and their families to empower them in their journeys toward improved mental health.
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities, including peer reviews and training sessions, to enhance skills and stay current with industry advancements.

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia, demonstrating your adherence to state requirements and professional standards.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, showcasing a proven ability to deliver effective mental health services.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic interventions and techniques that empower clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery models is an advantage, as it will enhance your capability to connect with clients in a virtual setting. Experience working in a community health setting or with underserved populations is also preferred.

Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
