As a Remote Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and crafting tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing their mental health issues effectively.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, thereby safeguarding patient confidentiality.
• Engaging in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to create cohesive care plans that enhance patient outcomes.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, allowing for professional development and quality improvement in service delivery.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment avenues, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Keeping abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health to integrate contemporary practices into your therapeutic approach.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues, ensuring that care is accessible to all, regardless of location. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience specifically focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in innovative, evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote client engagement techniques.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
