Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake and psychosocial assessments to comprehend clientsโ€™ mental health and addiction issues.
  • Develop, present, and revise comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, with input from the multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Engage actively in clinical case conferences, sharing insights and collaborating with peers to enhance treatment approaches.
  • Design and deliver educational lectures focused on chemical dependency, aiming to empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies.
  • Provide individual and group counseling focused on chemical dependency, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster recovery.
  • Facilitate family and multi-family therapy sessions to improve support systems surrounding the client and enhance communication.
  • Offer compassionate case management services, coordinating referrals to necessary resources and ensuring ongoing support for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client base, including adolescents, families, and substantial others affected by addiction. Our focus on holistic, client-centered care means you will have the opportunity to tailor interventions that promote lasting change and recovery within the community.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in social work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of supervised experience in addiction therapy within the past five (5) years is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with teletherapy and remote engagement strategies is preferred to align with our service delivery model.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices in chemical dependency and mental health treatment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
