Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional needs of clients entering the detox program.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and the specific needs of each client.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to facilitate recovery, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists, to provide holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to foster understanding and support.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health and addiction fields to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population primarily includes individuals experiencing substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
