As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Omni Healing Care Center, you will be expected to:

• Conduct empathetic and ethical individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools, adapting your approach to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate effective therapy, ensuring clients feel heard and supported throughout their journey.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, grounded in evidence-based practices, that align with your clients’ goals and needs.
• Help clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to foster development and resilience.
• Implement and teach healthy coping mechanisms that clients can use in their daily lives, contributing to better outcomes and overall mental wellness.

In this role, you will encounter a diverse client population, from young adults facing anxiety and depression to families navigating complex life transitions. The individuals you work with may experience various mental health conditions, including PTSD, mood disorders, and substance use issues. It is vital that you approach each client with sensitivity and an understanding of their unique backgrounds and experiences.

To thrive in this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate the ability to practice independently and manage your own caseload without direct supervision.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, showing a genuine compassionate nature towards clients’ needs.
• Be proficient in using technology and comfortable with digital counseling platforms.

While essential qualifications are a must, additional experience will enhance your candidacy:

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings enhances your adaptability and familiarity with digital therapeutic frameworks.
• Experience with specific populations, such as children, teens, or families, is highly desirable and will allow you to effectively cater to varied client needs.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually based on hours worked and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
