This position will operate remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong connections with colleagues and clients. • Provide a variety of therapy services including individual, couples, family, and group sessions tailored to the unique therapeutic needs of clients.
• Conduct comprehensive remote assessments to evaluate each client's strengths, challenges, and therapy goals, forming the basis for personalized treatment approaches.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are not only effective but also aligned with clients’ individual circumstances and preferences.
• Maintain diligent documentation of client progress, therapy sessions, and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations and standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure consistent and coordinated care, enhancing client outcomes and service delivery.

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By using your expertise in therapeutic methodologies, you will empower clients to work towards their mental health goals and foster resilience, leading to meaningful change in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related psychology field is required.
• You must hold a valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon, with no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Proficiency in making professional evaluations and clinical recommendations based on clients' needs and evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong computer skills to effectively manage electronic health records and virtual therapy sessions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting is preferred; however, new graduates with strong clinical training will also be considered.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling is advantageous, as it aligns with our operational model.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, or cognitive behavioral therapy can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
