• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on therapeutic progress.
• Participate actively in team meetings with other mental health professionals to exchange insights, collaborate on client cases, and ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, treatment progress, and any significant changes in mental health status.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and accessing current research to stay up-to-date on best practices in therapy.

• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.

• Prior telehealth experience is advantageous, especially in understanding the nuances of virtual client interactions.
• Experience with specific therapeutic models or approaches can enhance service quality and client rapport.
• Familiarity with digital record-keeping and telehealth platforms, ensuring smooth operation during virtual sessions.
