The Mind Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. • Provide therapeutic services to clients dealing with severe emotional and mental health issues, both through virtual sessions and community outreach.
• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared treatment goals, engaging in productive discussions concerning clients’ progress and strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of clients, ensuring timely referrals to other professionals or services when further evaluation is warranted.
• Create and implement integrated care plans that facilitate coordination between clients, family members, and healthcare providers, enhancing service delivery.
• Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual needs.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and reporting requirements, while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as needed, always focusing on empowering clients and supporting their agency.

This position primarily serves individuals from marginalized communities who often face systemic barriers to accessing mental health care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work with a diverse client base, addressing issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Your empathy and understanding will be crucial in building trust and rapport, enabling clients to engage fully in their healing journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct practice experience in mental health settings.
• Strong understanding of cultural competencies and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Background in community mental health and experience working with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral health.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and educational qualifications.
