This is a senior leadership role reporting into the Head of Biometrics and will function as the head of the department. The Director will be responsible for building and guiding the Data Management function, ensuring clinical trial data is delivered with the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Clinical Data Management department. Build, mentor, and manage a team of data management professionals to support clinical development programs. Establish and maintain data management standards, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partner cross-functionally with Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, Programming, and Safety to enable seamless trial execution and regulatory submissions. Qualifications
