What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics pipelines that support clinical and operational decision-making
  • Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure - including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools - ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
  • Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to uncover actionable trends and support leadership decisions
  • Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted insights that drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
  • Apply your clinical domain knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare analytics and BI workflows
  • Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of subject matter experts and AI researchers
Who You Are
  • Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management in regulated environments
  • Proven ability to design, manage, and scale BI systems - including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
  • Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-directed and reliable when working independently across distributed teams
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
  • Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or healthcare IT
