• Provide comprehensive virtual therapy services to both individuals and groups, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop, implement, and periodically assess patient-centered treatment strategies tailored to facilitate recovery from substance use disorders.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer support specialists, to ensure a cohesive treatment plan for each client.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines throughout the therapeutic process.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, using evidence-based practices to safeguard client well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process and provide resources to aid their journey.

You will primarily work with adults undergoing detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders. Clients include individuals with varied backgrounds, presenting unique challenges such as co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma histories, and socio-economic barriers. Your role will involve employing culturally competent strategies to address their diverse needs and facilitate their paths toward sustained sobriety.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts is required.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, specifically focusing on substance use and mental health.
• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosis, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong commitment to ethical practice.

Experience working in a detox or inpatient setting is preferred, as is familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices. Understanding of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and its application in therapy will further enhance your contribution to our team and clients.
