Position Summary: P1 Dental Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in the dental or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of the dental or healthcare sector, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for various positions within the dental and healthcare fields.
