Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments through telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of clients.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address clients' mental health issues.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data integrity and client privacy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create comprehensive care strategies for clients.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote quality assurance and continuous improvement in client care.
  • Education and empower clients and their families by providing information on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources available for additional support.
  • Stay informed on the latest research in mental health to integrate new findings into practice, enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, primarily consisting of individuals coping with addiction, trauma, and various mental health disorders. Your empathetic approach and understanding will help connect with clients and facilitate their journey towards healing and recovery, equipping them with tools to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
  • A strong grasp of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, allowing for the customization of treatment to suit each client's unique circumstances.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.
  • Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking skills, enabling the development of effective strategies for client challenges.
