• Provide individual counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy through virtual sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that treatment aligns with their personal growth objectives.
• Conduct thorough assessments by collecting and evaluating clinical data, including patient interviews, case histories, and observational techniques.
• Identify causes of clients’ issues and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches or necessary referrals to other specialists.
• Maintain timely documentation of client interactions and submit all records within 24 hours of providing service to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Our client population consists of individuals seeking support in mental health, particularly those interested in exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness for therapeutic purposes. We work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges that require a sensitive and adaptable approach. As a clinician, you will contribute to their journeys by providing informed and compassionate guidance, fostering an environment conducive to healing and self-discovery.

• Must hold a valid LCSW designation or equivalent in a related mental health field, such as a Master's or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Ability to obtain necessary credentials for insurance panels, and maintain malpractice insurance coverage.
• Comfortable managing a caseload of at least ten (10) 53-minute therapy sessions per week, utilizing effective scheduling and time management skills.
• Strong technical proficiency with digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to streamline client management and documentation.

• Experience in utilizing non-traditional therapeutic practices, including but not limited to meditation, breathwork, hypnotherapy, or psychedelic integration.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for online clinical engagement.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical counseling principles, programs, methodologies, and ethical issues surrounding patient care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer competitive benefits, including:
