We are hiring a Clinical Data Registrar, Senior to support our cancer registry team and help maintain compliance with CoC and NAPBC accreditation standards.

In this role, you'll abstract, enter, and maintain cancer-related data in the registry system with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. You'll help ensure registry data supports quality reporting, accreditation readiness, and ongoing cancer program performance. This position also requires adherence to regulatory, confidentiality, and data quality standards.

What's Available:

  • Full-time, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

  • Monday-Friday core business hours.

  • Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional onsite work based on business needs.

  • Starting pay of $50,500 + more based on relevant work experience

An Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent years of experience and education

  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience

  • License/ Certification: Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification required upon hire.

  • Strong knowledge of cancer registry standards, abstracting guidelines, and accreditation requirements

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
