This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring our Licensed Clinical Social Workers can provide essential support to clients from the comfort of their own spaces. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing customized treatment plans that align with best practices and solution-oriented approaches.
• Providing high-quality psychotherapy through various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Maintaining detailed and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring it accurately reflects patient care and progress.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment strategies are implemented for each patient.
• Engaging in regular clinical supervision and case consultations to continually enhance treatment practices and approaches.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment choices, and available community resources to empower them throughout the recovery process.
• Staying abreast of current research and advancements in psychotherapy to enrich your clinical practice and provide the best care available.
• Managing a full caseload of clients, with a focus on timely objective achievement and adherence to ethical codes established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Prior experience in a detox or addiction treatment setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy is advantageous.
• Continued education in advanced therapeutic methods and modalities will be viewed favorably.
