• Conduct assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring a holistic approach that encompasses their mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.
• Provide a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to help clients cope with their experiences and promote mental health recovery.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to set common goals, employing a client-centered approach to treatment that encourages empowerment and choice among clients.

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele, consisting primarily of individuals from underrepresented and medically underserved communities in New York. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and LCSW licensure are strongly preferred.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
