Position Overview

Mindful Clinical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for clients experiencing symptoms of significant mental health issues.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and prepare comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' needs and goals.
• Engage actively as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery, share best practices, and support unified treatment objectives.
• Maintain case records, monitor progress, and ensure timely documentation and report submission to comply with agency standards.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress.
• Educate clients about available resources and provide guidance for accessing linked services, working to empower them in their treatment journey.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about mental health services and the importance of seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mindful Clinical Therapy, you will serve a diverse patient population primarily composed of individuals from underserved communities. Clients may include those experiencing low income, marginalized groups, and significantly varying cultural backgrounds. Your role will be pivotal in addressing their mental health needs, helping them navigate emotional struggles, and providing therapeutic support tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree in Social Work is preferred.
• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices for mental health interventions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients who have severe emotional disturbances or major mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative treatment planning.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
